Three separate issues belonging to the publisher, Robert Wilson, proprietor of The Phoenix Bookshop. The copy in slipcase is signed by the author on the colophon, numbered by hand one of four copies hors commerce, and further inscribed by Kindley to Wilson. One of the trade copies has Wilson's bookplate.
