James Baldwin

James Arthur Baldwin was an American essayist, playwright, novelist, poet, and social critic who explored class distinctions especially in regards to race and sex in Western societies. His most notable works include Notes of a Native Son, The Fire Next Time, No Name in the Street, and The Devil Finds Work.
