Organized by colony in tabular format, this small journal includes information on the governments and church organization of Antigua, Barbados, North Carolina, South Carolina, St. Christopher's, Jamaica, East and West Jersey, Maryland, Monserrat, Nevis, New England, Newfoundland, Pennsylvania, Providence, Nova Scotia, Virginia, and New York. Many of the above, however, have no information includes barring the names of the counties and occassionally the names of ministers in those parrishes.

However, there is clearly special attention paid to South Carolina, which includes further details for most counties. For example, St. Philips parish in Charleston includes the number of families, notes "a beautiful new church house" (constucted in 1723), that it is led by Alexander Garden for about three years (appoiinted in 1719) who is described as "a pious learned man but sickly" and notes the name of the schoolmaster and the presence of a congregation of French refugees.
