Signed by Kazan on first free endpaper in green marker, along with Capote’s ownership initials. Seems to have traveled with Capote on some of his tropical trips.
Capote and Kazan were well acquainted, the writer famously visited the set of Kazan's Sayonara to write a profile on Brando for the New Yorker.
