First edition. Illustrated. 215pp. 16mo. Blue cloth, spine stamped in gilt. Owner's contemporary ink name on second front flyleaf, dated in year of publication ("Oct. 1872"). Cloth is lightly worn (with bit of fraying) at tips of spine, tips of corners rubbed, else a very good, bright copy, with gilt lettering on spine fresh and bright. BAL 168; issued as the first volume in the 'Aunt Jo's Scrap-Bag' series.
