In full maroon morocco gilt, boards tooled in gilt, with leafy devices and onlaid flowers, semé at corners, a wide border bearing triple lines of hearts, rules and circles, central fillet border surrounding a plain field. Spine gilt, titled within wavy borders, four panels semé and onlaid with flowers surrounded by hearts, t.e.g., turn-ins gilt, repeating the border patterns with onlaid flowers at corners. Bound by Arthur E. Colley (stamped along foot of front turn in). Faintest traces of rubbing. Fine.
