Lauren Miller Walsh

Lauren Walsh has been a specialist in modern literature, archives, design, art, and photography for over 12 years. Among her many successful projects have been the institutional placements of the papers of Leonor Fini, Seymour Chwast, and The Kitchen Sisters; exhibitions of Russian Constructivist printed material and Herbert Matter photographs; and appraisals of Hunter S. Thompson correspondence and Art Deco furniture and decorative objects. Prior to entering the rare book field, she received her MA in Design History from the Cooper-Hewitt, where she wrote her thesis on the Weimar-era film poster artist Josef Fenneker, and founded her own graphic design firm. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and cat Izzy, and loves baking and reading in her free time.
