Detailed journal of a fishing trip to the Copper River in Alaska. After one memorable day on the river, his fishing companion observed: “‘This will ruin us for the rest of our lives,’ said Fred, ‘For all other rivers must suffer by comparison.’”
Richardson quotes briefly from this work in his chapter on Alaska in You Should Have Been Here Yesterday. All of Richardson’s privately printed accounts of sporting trips are RARE.
