Loose fold-out booklet with full-page, full-color illustrations. i-xiii, [14]-136 pp. Deluxe issue title on stub, as issued (with notice of binding by Brown & Bigelow on verso), typography by Paul Rand. 1 vols. 8vo. Original full red morocco lettered in gilt with Stork Club device to upper cover, by Brown & Bigelow (signed on back cover). Light offsetting to endpapers but otherwise very clean. Fine copy, minimal shelf wear, tiny surface scuff to front pastedown. With scarce four-panel color-illustrated booklet, "The Stork and the Fox" loosely inserted. Provenance: William J. Morris (name lettered in gilt to front cover).
