Highlights include one of the three great pattern books of the 18th Century, The Cabinet-Maker and Upholsterer's Guide, in the second, revised, edition, published with one additional plate; The History of the American Indians by James Adair; the first complete Scottish King James Bible bound with the first Edinburgh Book of Common Prayer; a selection of pamphlets authored by Daniel Defoe; and a scarce selection of Saint Patrick's works, edited by the Anglo-Irish historian James Ware (1594-1666).
