Carlo Lasinio (1759-1838), was one of the earliest Italian color-printers; his series of famous self-portraits of artists is a notable achievement, and images are very rare; only one copy of his book has survived (in the National Gallery, Washington, DC) and this is incomplete.
A SPLENDID AND HISTORIC PORTRAIT.
