Schultz (1866-1939), known as "Bunny", will be chiefly remembered as the creator of the comic strip character "Foxy Grandpa", which began appearing in the New York Herald in 1900 and continued until 1918. Here he writes to Strickland: "Appreciating your request but entirely too busy to comply with same, I trust my signature herewith will answer your purpose ... [drawings beneath].
