Response to R. L. Stevenson's pamphlet "An Object of Pity; or, the Man Haggard, A Romance. By Many Competant Hands" In that "community romance" Bazett (H. Rider's brother) was the hero. Here we have his rebuttal. RLS took both to Sydney from Samoa and had them printed.
