First edition. Illustrated. 1 vols. 4to. Two parts in one volume. Contemporary roan-backed maroon cloth. Some rubbing and discoloration of cloth, some light marginal browning. Jaggard p. 655 which describes the work as in three volumes and it “condemns ‘stage playes, enterludes, maie games, dauncing, feasts of musick, cards, dice, tenisse, bowles, cockkfighting, hawking , football, reading of wicked books, men's dress and its ’”.
