First published in 1775, it was then the first collected edition. Half-title. Pp. 230. 1 vols. 12mo. Contemporary half calf, red morocco label (chipped). Rubbed, and darkened, joints cracked, upper inner hinge reinforced with new endpaper, some light browning of text, mostly marginal, signature of Mrs. Skeffington of Hoxton on lower pastedown, library pencilled markings on title and a few other pages, else a very good copy. Rothschild 1041; Temple Scott p. 344; I. A. Williams p. 168 (all for the first edition).
