Accomplished for William Stratton (who seems to have been involved with the Lombard Street School), and Signed by George Greely. Greely is listed (twice) as in attendance at the Philadelphia Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, in 1841 ("admitted on trial") and 1843 ("admitted to full connection") [see Handy. 'Scraps of African Methodist Episcopal Church History,' p. 142 and p. 150].
