Original calf spine, and red leather spine label are present, but lacking original boards and blank endpapers; lacks engraved frontispiece, but the printed text is complete, beginning with the title page, and ending with the final printed text leaf (page 264). Title page is soiled, with moderate creasing, few nicks and short tears in lower margin of title page; few pages of text are quite foxed, else a good copy (needing rebinding), with text otherwise clean.
