Tipton, mounted on stiff cards, including photographs of the college grounds and buildings, faculty and board members, etc.) x, 475pp. 8vo. ILLUSTRATED WITH 17 MOUNTED PHOTOGRAPHS BY W. H. TIPTON. Brown cloth. Owner's contemporary ink name on second front flyleaf ("Mathias Miller, August 24, 1882"), and again on verso of frontispiece [he is listed in the Alumni section as a member of the class of 1845]. Spine is lightly faded, with moderate wear at spine tips and corners. Binding is shaken, front and rear hinges cracked, few creased tears to unprinted tissue guards, else a good copy.
