The artist book exhibits fourteen images taken in Acadia National Park in Maine from 2008-2009. Photographer Lauren Henkin (b. 1974, Washington, D. C.) studied architecture at Washington University in St. Louis; she has produced four other artists' books and is a co-editor of Tilted Arc, a journal on the arts. Kirsten Rian (b. 1967) from Portland, Oregon, is a poet and teacher. Sarah Horowitz (b. 1977) is an artist in Leavenworth, Washington.
