First edition of author's first book. 350pp. 8vo. O'FLAHERTY'S FIRST BOOK (SIGNED AND IN DUST JACKET). Black cloth stamped in green. Spine is slightly askew, else a near fine, bright copy in very good, mended dust jacket. The jacket has light tanning on spine (with small chip at crown), rear panel has split near spine (with long, uneven tear; archivally mended on verso with Japanese tissue), verso of jacket has faint brown tape residue (from early mend), else quite fresh and bright.
