This partly printed form accepts payment in taxes by supplying the Confederate government with crops, i.e. wheat, oat, sheaf oats, rye, cured hay or wool. The verso includes a listing of 5 "Special Exemptions." Though partly accomplished in manuscript, the handwriting is quite faded. OCLC locates three examples.
