The last leaf prints the 21 "Rules of the Photographic Society agreed upon at the initial meeting at its meeting in Jan. 1853.The council included Suir Charles Eastlake, Richard Hunt, Calvert Jones, Neville Maskelyne, John Llewelyn, Geeorge Bridges and a Secretaty Roger Fenton.
