Item #323100

A curious receipt to Ezra Pound signed by artist Fanny Wadsworth, wife of Edward Wadsworth, active during the war years as a Vorticist and who produced a substantial body of work, numbering some 85 prints 1913-1925. The connection with Ezra Pound likely dates this to circa 1914, for Pound wrote on Wadsworth in The Egoist for 15 August 1914.
