New York: Phillips Co, 1913.

Tin plinko type gameboard with color lithographed graphics. 9-1/2 x 7 inches. Original red and green pictorial box, depicting a pitcher in full stretch, the upper cover lifting to reveal a green baseball field on the inside lower box and a tin "plinko"-type insert in the inside upper cover which is held upright by a ribbon affixed along the side of the bottom cover. Missing a few of the plinko tabs, box a bit worn as expected Item #322226

This early simulation baseball board game was played by dropping the ball through the "plinko" tabs, with its landing point corresponding to a printed list of results along the top of the bottom cover: Out, Ball, Strike, Safe at First, etc. In addition, larger three tabs along the bottom row could catch the ball for doubles, triples and a home run. The metal spinners at each base record base runners, with additional spinners to keep track of the pitch count, the score, etc.
