One of only 26 lettered and registered copies, of which this is letter "C" Most unusually and elaborately illustrated with hand-colored plates. 33 vols. 8vo. ONE OF 26 COPIES. Bound in full green morocco, spines decorated with gilt and morocco inlay thistles, matching gilt floral patterns with inlaid purple morocco thistles on front and back covers, yellow morocco doublures with green morocco onlay borders and center pieces featuring an onlaid purple morocco thistle flower, yellow morocco endpapers, t.e.g., other edges uncut. Spines faded to brown, some minor rubbing to joints and extremities, else almost fine.
