Half title with marginal perforation, small chip from final leaf at lower inner margin, with loss of a few letters. A good reading copy only of a scare and fragile book Moore 227; ESTC T70643. Printed 10 January, 1712. Moore notes the existence of a second edition, of 23 January, in some copies of which "the last four pages are misnumbered 41-44”; yet ESTC calls this edition, with the correct pagination, “a reprint of the first edition [ESTC T70643] reset throughout, with the mispagination corrected.”.
