Printed 10 January, 1712. Moore notes the existence of a second edition, of 23 January, in some copies of which "the last four pages are misnumbered 41-44”; yet ESTC calls this edition, with the correct pagination, “a reprint of the first edition [ESTC T70643] reset throughout, with the mispagination corrected.”.
