Contemporary green morocco cloth, later cloth spine label, spine darkened; near fine. Summers, p. 372; not in James & Smith: Provenance: Phillip Richards (his signature, p. 1) and by descent to his daughter, Millie Stavordale (her signature to front pastedown).
