Disagreeing with some of the Moravian Ceremonies. Whitefield was leader and founder of the Calvinistic Methodists having followed Wesleys to Georgia and was made Minister for Savannah. He spent years travelling in Europe and America and speaking soliciting funds and evangelizing. He was a follower of Wesley but separated over predestination. He constructed an orphanage in Savannah which was converted into Bethedsa College.
