Item #20052

Rare. NUC locates only one copy of the second edition (Florida State University) of this important little pamphlet, and we have found only three mentions of the first edition in any of the standard Americana references. It is not in Howes, Decker, Soliday, Eberstadt, Corse, Mead, Leps, or Sabin. Its aim is to persuade northerners to resettle in Florida, assuring them that the political climate is not dangerous and describing the quality of agriculture.
