Frontispiece portrait of Clemens by James Mapes Dodge and 6 illustrations by Louis Loeb, publisher's advertisements dated September 1894 at the back. 1 vols. 8vo. Original red pictorial cloth. Spine faded, some staining of lower corner of upper cover, light browning of tissue guards and endpapers else interior clean quite clean. A very good copy with the embossed stamp of W. H. Smith & Son, London on the free endpaper. BAL 3441.
