Contract to share profits and expenses on jointly held property including “the Farm lying at the East End of Staten Island…the Sale Meadow Lying at old Town…and two boats bought joytly betwee” them. The agreement stipulates that they share the expense of “Tilling the said lands, as also in the Manning and Equally Supporting said ferry boats…” and sharing the “Profits of the Tavern”. Unusual piece of Staten Island history, in the midst of the American Revolution.
