John Updike

John Hoyer Updike was an American poet, short story writer, literary and art critic, and novelist. Updike published more than twenty novels and more than a dozen short stories, and won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction twice. His most notable works include the Rabbit Angstrom novels, Henry Bech stories, and The Witches of Eastwick.
