Aldous Huxley was an English philosopher and writer who was a humanist, pacifist, and satirist. His work was a mix of fiction and non-fiction ranging from the experience one has when taking psychedelic drugs as in The Doors of Perception, to Brave New World his famous dystopian novel set in London in the year 2540. His other works include Island, Point Counter Point, and The Perennial Phiosophy
