    For more than forty years the rare booksellers Gary Oleson and Francine Ness operated privately as Waiting for Godot Books. They specialized in many areas of literature: American, British, Irish, Latin-American, Native American, as well as African-American and Women's literature and history. 
    We are pleased to present Catalogue 143: Literature, a selection from the inventory of Waiting for Godot Books with highlights such as Percy Shelley's Essays, Letters from Abroad, Translations, and Fragments, inscribed by Mary Shelley, and a corrected typescript of Truman Capote's The House of Flowers
